Had a fried oyster, bacon, and cheese poboy at Katie’s and it was amazing.

I don't mind the slice of American cheese on a Filet-O-Fish. I like lobster mac and cheese. I think that's the extent to which I've ever combined seafood and cheese.

Baked fish filets of your choice with mayo and parm is an easy and great recipe.

Latest purchase. Have not cut either yet.

Yes cheese does go well with seafood, especially parmesan. sliced cheddar, edam or Villagret go well on a fish sandwich, with dill pickle tartar sauce.

As far as my MSU purchases go, I can't get Mac and Cheese off my mind. Of course, adding shrimp or Crawfish to Mac and Cheese would be tasty. I'm sure Lobster would go well, also. They are just so cute and have such a nice personality, I can't imagine plunging one into boiling water.

Example

For the most part I agree. I only eat it on fast food and since Wendy's and McDonald's both changed their burgers I don't eat those anymore. But I can still eat a Filet-O-Fish on rare occasions and I don't mind the slice of American cheese that comes with it.

Probably our favorite. However, Vallagret is (Maybe?) a MSU developed cheese that as far as I know is available nowhere else.

It is a nice, small hole Swiss. Melts great and has a wonderful nutty taste. One of those "Must try it to understand" things.
