I could list a dozen in Acadiana better, but I’ve enjoyed the Pappadeaux in the Houston airport on layovers, and eaten at the Beaumont location. Ya gotta be selective and don’t do anything stupid like order gumbo (which I NEVER do in a restaurant anyway), and you can enjoy a decent enough meal.
