I haven't come across a recipe that I like more than the one I posted in my thread, and I've had good crawfish that other people have made

im going to do 1.5 bags of Chakbay

start with 1.5 boxes of salt -- taste the water and see if i should dump the rest of the salt.

worried 2 will be too much

one more day baws!! Only thing that sucks is not being able to enjoy it under the blue skies. Rain in the forecast for BR on saturday afternoon\evening. Got to set up shop in my carport

One sack of crawfish
1/2 of a 12 oz bag of chackbay
1-8 oz. liquid boil
1/2 of a 4 oz bottle of cayenne pepper
1 - 3 oz bag of Zatarain's crab boil.
1 box of salt

instead of using plain salt

you are using a tricked out salt (ZATs)

1.5 bags of Chackbay
1.5 Salt (maybe 2)
1 8 oz bottle of liquid
4th cup of cayenne
10 lemons halved + lemon juice like i usually do
12 garlics halved
8 onions halved
1 stalk of celery

pots, sausage, corn, shrooms, green beans

Because the guy suggested it just like the guy who started this thread suggested Chackbay. You're quite suggestionable is the point I'm trying to make. Pick a recipe and go with it without second-guessing it.
