You have a recipe for the white sauce?
I had it for the 1st time this weekend at Full Moon BBQ in Birmingham. I loved it. It was great on pulled pork.

Big Bob’s Sauce
I use a bit more mayo and a small bit of water. I also like more horseradish. But this is the basic so tweet to your taste.
And the white sauce goes good on scrambled eggs and hash browns.

Do you agree with their assessment that the sauce goes poorly with pork or beef? I've never tried white sauce....reading the recipe it sounds, eh, intriguing? Might have to whip up a batch.

TRader joes has a pretty good mustard base sauce called Carolina gold I believe... we like it with chicken or pulled pork

I’d never had it either till this past weekend. It was really good on pulled pork. To each his own though.

That’s key in BBQ, as much or more than other style of food.

I also just make my own now. Smoking Meat Forums has recipes for just about everything. I highly recommend the finishing sauce for pulled pork. You can find it in the sticky threads under the pork forum.
