Air Fryer is game changer for foods that can be heated in it.

My favorite's

Pizza
Fried Chicken, fish, etc.
Steak
Grilled meats
Baked goods that you'd want crispy

For meat, sous vide is unbeatable for leftovers
I use my sous vide a lot, but I've never tried it for leftover meats. Does it affect the texture, or do you have to sear it again after the sous vide?

using the power setting on the microwave is a game changer if it all you have to use. Use a lower power setting for a longer time at it doesn't kill the outside of the meat.

Microwave 99.9% of the time. Very, very occasionally on the stovetop.

I'll use the oven to warm pre-made food brought to potluck style parties, I don't think I've ever used it to reheat leftovers.

Anything fried is best reheated in oven. It’s a pretty significant difference so it’s worth the extra time

If we have left over pizza we put it on a baking stone and heat it up in the oven.

Thread hijack.

Anyone else always eat their leftover pizza cold?

Cold pizza is a popular thing. I personally prefer my cheese melty though. I reheat on a pan on the stove, then cover with a couple splatters of water to melt the cheese.

Not me. I don't like the texture at all.

Only reason I have a microwave is because it’s built in… rarely use it…. Food just doesn’t tast e the same. If I make a big batch of something, I bring it back to heat on the stove , add more seasoning, taste better than day before
