even for a place to catch games?

yeah, the food is never stellar at these places, but in town lacking sports bar options there are much worse additions that could come to town.

eta: and dirt cheap draft beer specials are never bad.

I wish NOLA had a place with wings as good as Pluckers.

The wings at Bruno's and Fat Harry's are great drunk bar food.

I've had Fat Harry's; pretty good.

I'll have to try Bruno's

IMO they are very good. But all things taste wise are subjective. They are big and usually fried correctly for my taste.

I don't even eat their wings when I go. They have a solid buffalo chicken sandwich, great apps (fried pickles that are 2nd to none, BBQ nachos, cheese fries, cheese logs, etc.). Wow is a terrible excuse for a restaurant!

All chef owned restaurants in N.O. suck.

Equally stupid statement.
