Calling out Moe’s in Metairie and their brisket

Overall these guys have hit a home run but had the brisket today and it was like I was at Voodoo BBQ.
Yes I told them it was bad before we left.

I know they can do better. Food has been pretty good outside today.

I’ve never eaten brisket that wasn’t at least good.
unless it’s burnt thru it’s hard to make it unappetizing
I feel like y’all have unreasonable expectations of chain BBQ
CCBBQ is the best though in the area I agree

I would expect if you have local control of your pits you produce at least decent brisket. If you are shipping in frozen brisket and warming it up in the microwave that it is what it is.
