Just about done now, I decided to drop the meatballs in raw. Went with chicken stock because it was easy and in the box vs having to mix up some better than bouillon

Dont think I've ever seen the egg in a meatball gravy. That stuff does look good!


Looks like a good meal that's conducive to lots of day drinking!

Thanks, it was worth the effort.

I forget where I saw it but someone said put in some eggs. I do that sometimes in my crawfish boils. It was good in the gravy.

I put them in my crawfish boil from time to time...I’ll start putting them in my stews and gumbos now too.

Not sure I didn't time it because the natives were restless id say 10-15min maybe? I wound up sliding the pot over so that spot was more over the flame and bumped it a little.
