loaned neighbor my roll of pink butcher paper several weeks ago. Preparing to smoke a brisket and no paper. Neighbor is in Destin and looking for options. I’ll use foil as a last resort but prefer paper that breathes. Rouses meat department has butcher paper with wax so that’s not an option ... thanks brothers ... I’m in Lafayette / Youngsville if that helps, won’t need much since it’s only for one brisket

Not sure if they carry it at all locations, but Lowe's has butcher paper, here in Houma.

No butcher paper at Cosco in Lafayette. Searched store including aisle 324 with the seran wrap and aluminum foil. Academy has none in stock and would have to be special ordered for pick up. If I can’t find any it’s not the end of the world as I will still eat

Go to Hebert’s Meat Market in Maurice instead of driving all the way to Abbeville.

There’s a new BBQ supply store called RAKS in Youngsville. They have butcher paper. They also sell Meat Church and Malcolm Reed rubs, along with other rubs, sauces, charcoals, etc...

They also sell GMG pellet smokers, and Primo grills. It’s a pretty neat little store that opened last weekend.
