How do you keep a ramen bun consistent?
I'd eat the flock out of it. Needs a soft fried egg though.

Why? It's basically a banh mi with a ramen bread bun. Sure. I'd try it. I wouldn't have high expectations, but I'd try it.

Had one at Smorgasburg in Brooklyn a couple years ago, it was great IMO....
