If you're only considering buffets, go Wynn.

Skip the buffet in vegas, that fad is slowly dying
Plus I'm sure it's probably $100 these days
The buffet always wins, your eyes are bigger then your stomach.
It's really hard to enjoy all the options they serve eating that much different kind of food

There's a great snack place in the back near the sports book. Way cheaper. The Italian place is killer.

Eater Las Vegas just published a review of all the on strip buffets. Bellagio was solid, but Caesars and Wynn were better.

I have.
I don’t eat at many buffets but this one was good and very elaborate
We had Sunday brunch there one time some years ago when we had a Sunday afternoon flight home.
The best dish that sticks out in my mind was the lamb osso bucco.

I did it with my family a few years back when we were staying in Vegas for the night on the way to Zion. We just picked it because we sort of thought it would be the most "Vegasy" thing to do with kids, while basically doing nothing else but sleeping over.
I thought it was good, but nothing particularly memorable. Like a can't remember anything I ate. Kids had a good time and still talk about it fondly.

I remember doing the buffet at the Wynn and thinking “this is nice for a buffet. But it’s not nice for $100 per person and I’m not fat enough to get my money’s worth.”
Please notice I didn’t say I’m not fat. I said I’m not fat enough.

The buffets at the big places used to be somewhat expensive but worth it. Now many of them are just expensive.
You can get better meals elsewhere

wynn was the best
bacchanal, while the biggest on the strip, left a ton to be desired in the 'good food' department. it wasn't bad, but for all the hype it gets, its just marginally decent food
wicked spoon in cosmo has a pretty decent brunch buffet

As far as buffets go it is upscale and very good. You can’t go wrong there. I don’t remember the price. I learned a long ago that in LV, you will pay more no matter what.

It's been a long time since I sampled any casino buffets and am shocked at the price now being $100 at some of them.
I think the last time I went to a buffet in a casino was on the Miss. Gulf Coast and it was something like $25, but I can't remember the casino.

I can’t help you. I’ve never ate at a buffet in my life.
