Not much in the vicinity of the airport that's worth anything. You could probably get to the Clearview/ Vets area in 15ish minutes from the airport though.

My first thought would be Sandro's Trattoria which is on Veteransr, you could get there in probably 10 minutes, not sure if they're open that early though.

What kind of money/ food were you thinking?

No brunch anywhere in Jefferson Parish that I can think of.
You might could check with the Peppermill on Severn in Metairie to see how late they serve breakfast. They do a good breakfast, especially with eggs bennedict and stuff.

Like above noted, your best bet for the area, might be a nice lunch at Sandros

Food board has some of the most beguiling downvoters.

ETA, To answer the OP, hit up Pho Bamg on Vets across from the Lexus dealer, for Vietnamese breakfast (brunch?) of pho.

Blue Line Sandwich Co. on Metairie Road serves breakfast and brunch during the week. It would be a quick drive down Airline to get to the airport after the meal.

Peppermill is another option on Severn. It's good food if you are ok with being the only person under 65 in the restaurant.

Caffe Latte Da
Address: 5860 Citrus Blvd, Harahan, LA 70123
Phone:(504) 818-0051

This place has really good breakfast/brunchish food. You can take Dickory back to Airline, to the airport. Prob fifteen to twenty minutes away. It's worth a trip.
