Brisbi's Sold to Felix's

Friend of mine works at Brisbi's and mentioned last night was his last shift and that Brisbi's sold the business to Felix's. He said Brisbi's wasn't having problems, just the money was too good to pass up.
I wonder how that will affect the food and property going forward.

I hope they do good things with that location. Brisbi's seemed like a good thing when it first opened, but I found that it went downhill. The dishes weren't executed well and the prices were a little high.
It's a beautiful location and I hope Felix's continues with and improves with the downstairs music along with a good menu.

my understanding was that it would be another Felixs location.
I agree Brisbi's did go down hill food wise and the prices were a little high.

I liked it the first several times I went
Went about 3 weeks ago, and the fish I got was rancid. You can smell it on the plate. How they thought serving that was acceptable was beyond me

I know they fired the original chef about 6 months ago

Felix’s is expanding quite rapidly. Is that now three or four total locations? I know they recently opened up one in Gulfport, MS.

If Brisbi's ends up as Felix's then you are correct. This would make the 3rd location.
