Before my plans got overhauled, I was gonna make breakfast jambalaya for the game - brown some Jimmy Dean sausage with onions, peppers and celery, add in hot cooked rice and season it with hot sauce, Tony's and some green onions. Maybe top it with a runny fried egg or two.

Corn Dogs

Excuse me. What a turd thing to say. The devel made me say that.

However. I do like a good corn dog....

Love corn dogs. I make them with smoked sausage or with shrimp sometimes. I think little corn dogs made with breakfast sausage links would be delicious.

I’m thinking breakfast tacos on the griddle with bacon and sausage. Put out some grilled onions, green salsa, and Valentina to serve with. Maybe smoke a butt to throw in the mix in case people want some lunch.
