Frank Brigtsen's blueberry bread pudding is outstanding. I've had it at the restaurant and a friend has made it several times.

I googled but nothing. Can you share please?

The best one I’ve ever had is from Stabs. It’s usually white chocolate which eh it’s good but they had a special one night.

Pecan Moonshine bread pudding. They used the Ole Smokey brand moonshine to make the sauce with tons and tons of chopped pecans in the sauce. They also added pecans to the bread pudding base as well. Damn it was good.

Wish I had a recipe as you asked for but maybe the pecan idea is enough for you to improvise with ratios of other recipes.

Look up a recipe for egg nog bread pudding. It adds a unique twist, and is simple to make.

I don't mind raisins, but any other fruit in a bread pudding is gross. It's bread pudding, not fruitcake. Yuck.

I have a friend that likes me to make it with raisins in it

If you're going to do it I would recommend yellow raisins and soak them in a jar of whisky a day prior

My elderly mom used to soak raisins in gin and eat a few every day - for medicinal purposes, of course.

My favorite is Big Guy's (caterer's) White Chocolate Bread Pudding.
