I’ve got these beautiful croissants I would like to make into a bread pudding. Does anyone have any good recipes?
I have found there are basically two types of bread pudding recipe, one uses condensed milk and the other uses eggs with cream or milk. I have only used the condensed milk version in the past and would like to try the other this time around.

Google The Court of Two Sisters or Bon Ton recipe. Both of those are great.

Those ARE gorgeous, where did you get those?

The recipe in the link is from Ina Garten and looks like a good one for a base. You can change your flavors if you like and make a sauce if you want one.
Croissant Bread Pudding
I always found Bon Ton's bread pudding to be too heavy. I know it's blasphemous, but it's true.

Try blueberries instead of raisins. So much better.

What if I told you I used the eggs and cream mixture and the condensed milk together? The condensed milk is for the topping.

Pull the bread apart into pieces and soak in heavy cream. Mix some eggs, sugar and a vanilla extract together. I make a while chocolate bread pudding and mix in some white chocolate chips. Combine everything and bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes. Top with a can of condensed milk.

I like it baked in a water bath. Basically insert the Pyrex in a larger one and fill the outside up 1/2 inch or so.
