Yeah maybe a little more if it's 23 yr old. But I'd definitely get it from you. Email me if serious. Gravytrain84@gmail.com

Well I'm debating on going at the moment, but if I do go I will enter and if I do win I would sell it since I'm not a bourbon drinker.

I'm planning on going to the tasting too. No plans to buy a bottle for myself but I'll enter the drawing and buy one if somebody else is interested in purchasing it from me. I'll sell it for whatever it costs...maybe a 10% service charge for my time and effort.

Are you interested in everything they're going to have tonight or only certain ones?

Also...I got this email from Calandro's a couple weeks ago so thought I'd share.

quote:

Just giving everyone a heads-up. A lot of people have been asking us about rare whiskies and some "surprises" that may be coming out near Christmas. If any of you remember last year when the Westvleteren Trappist was released, we had a lottery to purchase them. We will do a similar event this year spread out over three nights at our Perkins Road location. If anyone is interested and decides to enter the lottery they can win a chance to purchase the item at a reasonable price. We have received and secured the following in an off-site safe location for the time-being:

-4 Roses 125th anniv Bourbon $79.99 - 1 bottle
-Thomas H. Handy (antique collection) $79.99 - 3 bottles
-William Larue Weller (antique collection) $79.99 - 1 bottle
-Eagle Rare 17yr (antique collection) $79.99 - 2 bottles
-Sazerac 18yr (antique collection) $79.99 - 1 bottle
-George T. Stagg (antique collection) $79.99 - 3 bottles
-Old Rip Van winkle 10yr $69.99 - 2 bottles
-Van Winkle Family reserve 12yr "Lot B" $79.99 - 3 bottles
-Pappy Van Winkle 15yr $119.99 - 3 bottles
-Pappy Van Winkle 20yr $179.99 - 3 bottles

And lastly, one bottle of the 2013 release of Sam Adams Utopia for $179.99.

All drawings will take place at 7:00pm and the winners must be present to win and have a photo ID with them

Tuesday Dec 10th: All of the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection Bourbons
Wednesday, Dec 11th: 4 Roses 125, Utopia, ORVW 10year, and the 12year van winkle
Thursday, Dec 12th: Pappy Van Winkles 15 & 20

Details on how to register for these drawings will follow soon. Keep checking our website, facebook, and twitter for more details.

Depend on how long I stay in Prairieville, since I'm off all week I've been sitting with my grandmother instead of her worker. If I get done around 3-4 then I probably will drive over

Depends on if I have to drive some where that will depend on service charge but depends in price if bottle really.

j- do you have a preference of bottles you want? You have 2 willing to buy it for you
