even in a post with the official cookoff name spelled correctly, they have to use the bouDAIN spelling

Is it okay if I just heat it up in the microwave, slice open the casing, scrape out the insides, sprinkle it with some hot sauce, and eat it with a fork?

Boudin stuffed bacon wrapped jalapeños are pretty good. Also good in a cheese dip.

If you are trying to tell me the best Boudin in Louisiana comes from Texas, Then this contest is a farce. Shame on the organizers.

Well since you where not there your vote doesn't count....I was there and had bayou boys poboys boudin and thought it was in my opinion the best there. There's alot of displaced coonasses in Texas FYI...the best gumbo in world championship gumbo cookoff came from texas too bayou boys ....guess what the world championship poboy festival is coming up guess who's entered....time for some La people to step up there game
