Well I'll give a review, this event was excellent. Almost 0 time wait for drinks, no wait for food. One of the best run events I've been to.

They added more bars this year to make the drink lines manageable. Good to see a festival be aware of that.

I've been every year, and this was the best year for food IMO. Really enjoyed the boudin bolognese from Sac A Lait and the Boudin Pie from Bourbon House. Atchafalaya had a interesting foie gras caramel apple pork belly concoction, it was unconventional but well executed.

I saw someone cutting some legit Serrano ham and was jealous...glad the event is still good. I can never seem to attend

Really liked the boudin stuffed crab claw from Emerils.
