They are frozen. Thaw then bake? Thaw then fry? Fry or bake frozen? Zero directions on package or website. I’m thinking thaw then bake at 400 because they look previously fried

Greaseless fryer for about 45 minutes is how I do them when I get them from Billy’s. After they are thawed out

Don’t have a greaseless fryer, so 40 min in oven roughly equivalent?

I've seen this question for boudin balls so often that I have to know: Don't they print cooking directions on the label?

Some of their products have instructions like stuffed chickens, I believe, but some do not. I just call them or message them on Facebook. Logan or one of the others answers pretty quickly. The Kartchner folks are very nice people.

Just to update for anyone else - these are not previously cooked. I rolled in shrimp fry then baked in oven @400 for 25 min. Came out great, but would definitely be better deep fried or smoked as someone else mentioned. The vast majority of stuff I buy from them have zero directions included, just have to wing it!
