feasted before the pels game
dozen raw
turkey necks
catfish sliders
duck poppers
shrimp toast
gumbo
Salads (shrimp, tuna)
pork French dip
top 5 meal of the year for me
everything was spectacular, service was spot on and the drinks were tasty
y'all can have peche, etc
I'll be at borgne

its suggested pretty often on the board, especially if someone asks for a place to eat near the dome. its usually the first thing people say

you're right but usually on in the context of going to a game
it's every bit worthy of a recommendation regardless of what's going on in the dome or arena

That's sweet. I'll take peche.
I enjoy Borgne and recommend it regularly, but it's not in the same weight class as Peche and other nice places.

Borgne has been perpetually overrated since it opened. It's the next step up for Walk-On's regulars who think they are making the jump to "fine dining"

I don't know about underrated, but it's pretty solid. I like the new selection of oysters.
