Sad to see that. I felt like their peak was around 2003-2008 or so. Haven’t been in years. When do you feel like it began to decline?

Didn't the chef move on to open up something new in the old Antlers building?

I guess having it burn down again would have been too suspicious

I stopped eating there regularly around 2008/9 when the quality began dropping. Ate there two years ago with an out-of-town crowd that just had to try it. Everyone who ate oysters (it was an R month) got sick. Called to inform them the next day so they could be aware, and the manager said it wasn’t from their food.

Haven't been in a while either. Their brunch used to be awesome.

Sorry to hear - I always enjoyed the Blue Dog and the previous restaurant at that location, Chez Pastor, particularly Sunday brunch at the Blue Dog.

They did have some good wraps. Are they closed for good?

I remember it being very good in the early 2000's. Then, it just went down. I gave it about 3 more tries and stopped going. Haven't been in years. Seems like I recall a chef change or some sort of change.

Yes, Dix is gone for good.

Dix has a “for lease” sign out front. Any takers out there?
