How long as this been around? Holy shite that stuff is good. I've heard about it and decided to give it a try and now I wish I didn't.

It was released out here last June, I think. I haven't seen it anywhere in a while, though.

My sister in law raves about the stuff. Then again she weighs 250 and defeated the gastric sleeve, so I take her opinion with a grain of salt.

No, I’ve seen this in several people, they lose the weight initially but don’t work out or modify their eating. In my sister in law’s case she still eats like she’s on death row. Eventually the body adapts-the pouch stretches, she is able to eat more and put all of the weight back on.
