Cooked some bacon outside this evening. 2.5 lbs of Wright brand to be exact on the Weber griddle.

About 8 slices got sprinkled with smoked black pepper.

Some of the cooked bacon. It wasn't as dark as it appears in the picture.

Lightly toasted the Texas Toast in bacon drippings.

I was a little hungry and standing next to the griddle cooking bacon didn't help my appetite.

Every time I make up my mind about not getting a blackstone type of griddle due to my other two grills and lack of space, someone comes along and posts something like this.

Looks great. I love BLTs but I rarely eat them outside of tomato season. Home grown tomatoes make a difference IMO
