Anyone have a recommendation? I can't decide on which one to get.

Mine is 4 and I love it. Can do multiple things at once. I'd feel pretty limited with only 2 burners.

My brother got the 4 one for Christmas. I am glad he did because like mentioned above you can do multiple things easier that way and to me thats really the point of having one.

I'm leaning towards the 4. It really isn't that big of a difference in price.

Get the 4, you can spread stuff out and get a better char. I started with the little 18" and moved up to the 36" waaaayyyyy better. Gave my 18" to my nephew to use while hes at LSU. Camp Chef makes one with 5 or 6 burners, if I wouldn't have got such a great deal on my 36" I would have gone with the Camp Chef.

go with the 4. More space when you need it obviously, but I often use one side for a "warm zone" to move stuff to once it's done cooking.

I bought a 2 but I take it camping.

If it were to stay at home constantly I would've gotten a 4.

4 if you're cooking for a family. I cook for a family of 4, and usually cook extra protein and vegetablesfor leftovers. I use the entire griddle.

The 4 burner is nice but it's fricking huge. about 63" in total with the side tables, so keep that in mind.

How does the Blackstone compare to cast iron when it comes to searing steaks and burgers?

same effect. If you like to baste steak with butter and garlic that's really hard to do on the blackstone obviously. I feel like the blackstone gives you more freedoms when cooking burgers.

I originally got the 28” 2 burner but wanted more space and moved to the 36” 4 burner.

If your space can accommodate the 4 then I'd go with that. You'll never be mad you had too much room.

I have a 36 at home and a 17 for camping. Wish I would have gotten the 22 for camping.

I got the 2 burner. Plenty big enough for my needs. No regrets.

Usually cooking for only two, but often will have folks over and do double patty burgers for 5 folks. Plenty of space for those instances.

If you can fit the 4, get the 4.

I like a small stainless bowl in the cooler corner with butter, garlic, and thyme/rosemary with a basting brush. Works beautifully
