That's like saying you can get any rib-eye, doesn't matter the quality, once it comes off the grill...
The better you start, the better you finish.
Most of the Competition guys have gone to $100+ Wagu Briskets while competing. Tramonte's has a great brisket but it is expensiv

I'm not gonna say who was talking bad about you, but i will say that we were making hog head cheese and drinking moonshine out by the cement pond.... does that narrow it down a bit?

Brisket has become one of the most popular cuts used by boutique burger shops which have opened across the country in recent years. As such, it has shot up in price.
True dat. To think they used to throw it away.

Cad, where's her seeing eye dog? Off camera? I know damn well for that hottie to hold your hand, much less marry you, she's got to be blind as a bat. and, the 'shine , as well as the HHC, was awesome. Hate you missed it.

No they haven't, sure some may do it but not most.

First, every serious competitor cares about butt, ribs,a nd hog. Second, a wagu brisket has shite texture for a competition brisket and cooks too fast.

shite, we had imported Kobe and wagyew penned up in the schoolyard at Lakeshore as far back as 76. Gave the brisket off those things to the poors.

(I think the poors was us, but most folks here have never rode the gauntlet of 80th street to trade in mommas stamps at the stamp store)

Hi Nabor usually has solid prices on brisket and pork shoulders. I also get some chicken thighs to smoke along with the brisket/pork

Inflation is one of the things you have missed due to the liars that feed you the BS data of prices in the main. The Winn Dixie pricing is based upon gimmickery of buy one get the other free with the data tracking card system.
