Probably just the spicy nuggets with a different name. Also an excuse for them to make it 8 nuggs for 1.49 instead of 10.

Saw this post earlier so I picked some up tonight for a late snack. As the poster above me said, they weren’t bad. Definitely not ghost pepper spicy though, not much more heat than their standard spicy nuggets

My rule of thumb is stick to the burger at a burger joint so I never tried them. If I want chicken nuggets (hardly never), I'm going to a chicken joint. Popeye's, Canes, Chik-Fil-A.
I do enjoy a whopper about once a year though.

This is every fing drive thru these days. Somehow I am always able to complete my transaction in an easy and fairly reasonable fashion.
99% of other fing morons are unable to do this.

As you might suspect, this is another example of the term ghost pepper being grossly exaggerated. They are spicy but not even remotely close to even a Serano pepper, much less a ghost pepper.
