Going out with some friends tonight for a b-day and we're looking to find some big steaks. In or around the BR area.

We're not looking for somewhere fancy like Ruth Chris, Flemings, or Sullivan.

Looking for a regular Joe blow place where we don't have to get really "dressed up"

Any suggestions?

Yep. It's kind of their thing. Get some tamales with chili too. It's not great, but it's exactly what you are looking for.

a porterhouse is nothing more than a huge t-bone. You could probably feed your entire family off of a PH

Doe's. Do not order the tamales as an app. Try the fried shrimp instead.
