Purchased one for Christmas, love it. Created a binder with receipes, cooking temps, etc. The only problem is that my internal probe stopped working. Sending it to manf for a replacement.

Any chance of you sharing the contents of your binder? I got one for Christmas as well...it has become a slight obsession.

Yep. Gotta stay away from too many bourbons.

I've heard good things. I would like one of them myself because of the shape.

Love mine too. I got a BBQ Guru DigiQ II temp controller for my birthday and it has really worked out well. If you get the chance try one.

Only downside to a Primo is that there are not as many retailers in our area, so most accessories have to be ordered online (but, Amazon does have a good selection). Otherwise, only real difference is the configuration of the grill surface.

The op isn't asking for other ceramic options, he's simply telling us that his internal temp probe broke.

What kind did you have?
