Does anyone know of a good mango habanero sauce? I love them at pluckers and Wingstop

I would leave out the extra brown sugar in that recipe, but other than that it looks good. Sweet Baby Rays and honey should make the sauce plenty sweet enough.

Is there enough sugar to get it to caramelize? Before they pre-mixed it we needed the brown sugar for that

Yep. That’s the yummy party where you toss them back on the grill and it gets sticky.

Most BBQ sauces caramelize pretty easily by themselves. So I would say yes.

Back when we had to make Daytona sauce from scratch we had to add brown sugar. The BBQ we had at Hooters then did not have enough to get the same amount you are used to now.

I got the Sweet Baby Rays Buffalo sauce recently and I thiught it was fantastic

I am an aspiring wing sauce conessuier. I like Franks a good bit. The Louisiana Hot Sauce one is a little too spicy for me. I had a local one called Panola recently that was very good.

Trader Joe’s Korean BBQ is damn good if you’re looking for something other than traditional hot wings.
