and to answer your question, i had some friends who came to visit from cali and they were appauled at my crawfish eating fricking yankees
They were actually fairly cheap compared to the rest of the meals offered by the restaurants. Prices were so much higher down there than in the States. A Conch burger would cost on average about $8 with fries and all the works.
About your crawfish - I agree... hard to beat some perfectly seasoned crawfish... some people just don't understand.

For 13 year's, we were in the business of rainsing ostrich's and emu's. The meat was great and very healthy. we had ground for burgers,
