Got a brisket in the freezer (corporate gift ). Should I just reheat on the grill or in the oven? What have you found works best? Assuming wrapped in foil to keep it from drying out. Any other tips?

TIA.

I’ve done it by putting a little margarine/butter in a crock pot then heating it up in there. That way it doesn’t dry up.

Posted this in the guy asking about reheating smoked beef ribs, but I do the same for anything off the smoker. Sous vide.
