The point is steak houses are preparing food you can mostly make at home for a very substantial price.

I don’t go to them unless someone else is paying mostly. I can do it myself for the most part.

I can’t make sushi or Spanish tapas as easily

True, but when I’m taking a customer out to dinner and I know they like to eat a good steak I can’t bring them home. I usually take them to Mr. John’s if I’m in New Orleans because it’s always been pretty solid to me.
