This is not hyperbole. My wife has a boss with unfortunate taste in restaurants and he routinely takes them there. She hates it and everything she's taken home to me has been pretty terrible. It certainly doesn't belong in a conversation with Pappas, Killens, VnA's, and the like...

To each there own. Our office is nearby and I have quite a few clients request to meet there. It's always crowded but I typically only order seafood.

I don't know if it was the best I've ever had, but this one from Del Frisco was top 10. Those green beans(off-menu) were phenomenal too!

No problem, tastes are always a matter of opinion and to say it is absolutely awful is a bit of a stretch. That said, IMO, when you're comparing it with a few of the top steak houses in the country, it's pretty terrible.
