The only thing I marinate steaks in is a chimmichurri sauce. Save 1/2 of the sauce for dinner.

Hell yes. I don't really use mine as a marinade though... I just dab a little on mine to make sure my seasoning sticks. Let it sit about 30 minutes and you're good to go.

The best is Daddy Hinkle's meat marinade. It's a wet seasoning then a dry seasoning. It's very, very good. I prefer S & P but I use Daddy Hinkle's when there are people around that think that they must have a marinade..

Beer.
Directions:
1. Set steaks out till room temp.
2. Open beer.
3. Salt, pepper steak.
4. Drink beer.
5. Cook steak to desired doneness.

I've played in a couple golf tournaments in Houma and some guy that caters it makes thin cut ribeye sandwiches that are marinated and they are really good. Not sure what he does but I like them. Wish I knew his name.
