I can’t answer your question but FYI, you can dine at any of the Disney hotel restaurants and anywhere in Disney Springs. Download the Disney app and make a reservation if you want to try any.

Kres
Bull and Bear

I've heard of those two by tried neither.

Jiko and Topolino's each do a good job on Disney property.

Orlando has plenty of top-tier chain steakhouses, but they all do a very good job of serving prime cuts of beef.

Del Frisco's
Shula's
Ruth's Chris

come to mind, plus there is Charley's Steak House, and Vito's that do a good job as well.

Christners if you want to drive, Del Friscos on I-Drive is good if you want to stay closer to the hotel.

This is the correct answer.

And shame on anyone for recommending Fleming's.

Canadian steakhouse in epcot or Victoria and Alberts in Disney are the best.

Well done sir!

(steak should be medium rare, however, and over a citrus wood grill)

That's because Ruth's Chris is much better. And this isn't to knock the steakhouse in Canada at Epcot either, as it is one of the better restaurants at Epcot. But get outside the gates of Disney, and it's a completely different playing field.
