between ruths and sullivans that is tough but I would go with their surf and turf at sullivans. I love eating lobster with my steak

Ruffinos HAD the best steak. It was the 45 day dry aged. But they stopped getting it I guess.

One of the worst steaks I have ever had was at Sullivan's.. Never been back.
