There's always Outback.

Or maybe Ichiban?

Roberto's don't know if it's in ascension but close and French market bistro on highland has a good steak

While correct, it's definitely not in Ascension.

Neither one of those places are in Ascension parish.
I would say the restaurant in Houmas House

Sno's has always been hit or miss
Sometimes it's really good, other times not

It's out of the way, but I enjoy Kevin's and they have a steak special that is pretty good on the wallet

Hot Tails will be opening a location in Prairieville, that will be another option coming in 2020

Hard to believe with all the growth in ascension the last 20 years that there aren’t many viable steak options. Especially being in the metro BR area.

Nope, they moved to Maurpaus before the flood, rebuilt and reopened after the flood but have since closed down

Snos is probably your best bet in Ascension for steak, or grape vine on the other side of the ditch

Probably hot off the backyard pit of a Templet or a Roussel

Best food in Ascension is at home

Too busy stamping out neighborhoods. Infrastructure and commercial developments are way behind residential imo.

True. You would think that would be ok if it was 2003. Seems like they’ve had numerous years to get robust commercial development.

I also think a lot of the new people that live in Ascension still work and spend their entertainment budget in BR

Haha. I just have family that were early in on developing Ascension so I have some insight into it. I live in southern California
