It is a special made bread by Liedenheimer and it is great. I agree with those that say their Roast Beef is the best. I used to eat them monthly.

Speaking of Po Boy's a favorite of mine is and has been Guy's. But not their Roast Beef. For me, the gravy can make or break.

That's strange. I've never experienced that or heard of anyone who has.
I do agree with others that their RB po-boy is a little bland.
