Cooked a couple prime NY Strips bought @ Sam’s Club last night, they were fantastic! Also get meat from Fresh Market & Rouses, and all have been good.

I was a faithful verons meat shopper for 40 years until I discovered Lagneaux’s. Your mileage may vary.

Costco
Sam's, their tenderloin steaks can't be beat. We have both memberships and Sam's has better meat. Lagneaux's on Ridge Rd. has good meat too and they cut it to order.

I see others know about Lagneaux's as well

I've been going to Sam's for all my meat right now, their ribeyes are really good. Was just exploring my options

The boudin and different sausages for the pit sold at Earl’s were my favorite when the old man owned the place. When the nephew or so took over, started finding boudin and sausage to be “off”, or at least inconsistent.
That said, the one thing that has remained consistently awesome is that twice baked potato. We still load up a bunch in the ice chest before heading back home to TX these days.

I usually shop at Fresh Market, occasionally they will have some great prime steaks.
ETA: for meats that I'm smoking I usually shop at Costco. Fresh Market is for steaks, chicken, ground beef, etc...
