Looking for a 10-20 gallon setup. I'm in Louisiana. Who has the best prices these days? Seems like they all are coming from China so quality will be about the same acroas the board I'm assuming. I found this 10 gallon setup here in Georgia at Agrisupply for around $200. Doesn't seem to come with a lid though. I'm sure I could source one from somewhere. Would have to pick it up in Georgia as the shipping is over $100.

Gary Matte in Rayne has my favorite burner. Pots are all pretty much the same unless you can find an old one.

Hebert’s machine shop FTMFW!

I have one from the first run sold at G Mattes. The legs are welded on the old ones

I have the same one, the original model. I really like it however, I want a new one where it has wheels and swivels. I also like the new ring on the inside to let the Pot rest on versus having the pot sit on the tabs of the burner shield.

Currently I am looking for old antique Jambalaya pots. I lost my contact in Baton Rouge. Anyone know where or an antique dealer that may carry older pots, looking for a 5, 10 & 20.

I checked out Krazy Kajun the other day but their setups cost twice as much as the Agrisupply setup I linked

Gary has the sets. You can buy them direct from Hebert’s machine shop in Rayne also. Just not sure about the pots...

And yeh... the holes with the rods are great. I’ll drill mine out eventually

Dont forget by their website pricing.

I picked up a 20 gal, rolling burner with custom cut out, lid and regulator for under 600

Hit them on Facebook or call. Their website pricing hasn't been updated in years

Might build a stand and use natural gas burner like I have for my crawfish boiler. [/img]

Where in the local New Orleans greater area can I buy a last minute 3-5 gallon Jambalaya Pot and possibly the Aluminum burner for a Christmas gift? I am not sure if R&R or if those aluminum burner stands are sold that small.

Also, which brand of cast iron pot is best (Bayou Classic, Krazy Kajun, King Kooker, etc.?

Baldwin-Taylor Hardware on Jefferson near Central. You can get a burner that handles a 5 or 10 gallon pot. They also have a 3.75 gallon pot.

Thanks Rat. That’s the only place I can think of, I hope they sell those Aluminum Hebert burners. Like the pictures above in this thread.
