have yet to find a decent one Houston. It's either too dry or get the icing wrong, usually both

Last year they sold out in like 6 hours…but supposedly they are coming stocked for two days.

I’ll also be in that number on Saturday with the wife at the drive thru.

yeah, probbably not. most LA king cakes are no better than the average houston one. houston has fewer good ones though.

If you’re in Houston and around Greenway Plaza…the drive thru doesn’t have a line and has some good stuff still left…just picked up three.

They do. Went by there yesterday to get some Evangeline Maid bread, which is marked up like everything.

The Gamino's king cakes were marked up to $32 for plain and $36 or $38 for ones with filling. frick that.

I left with bread and Steen's syrup.

Crescent city Bakery.....which is sold at Hap's Cajun Restaurant (League city). The lady is from NOLA and makes the best king cakes I've had since we've been living in the Houston area for 6yrs
