What kind of steaks and how much you wanna spend. Roka Akor has real Kobe from 3 different perfectures. I prefer the strip at Vic and Anthony’s, bone in filet at Pappas, B&B has solid steaks. Mastro’s if you want steak and female company.

I would check the menus at all the ones I listed and picked based off sides and appetizers. Any will have a solid ribeye.

Pappas
B&b butchers
Vic & Anthony's
Maybe Georgia James?

Is the Vic and Anthony’s in Houston better than the one in the LC casino? I have been to the casino one twice and it was forgettable both times.

I asked this same question one time a few years back. Probably 65-70% answered Pappa Bros. Or atleast listed Pappas with various other replies. Vic and Anthonys was second most I'd say. I went with Pappa Bros, and it was superlative. Any of the bone in long dry aged steaks are phenomenal. Since that time, I've tried several of the others that were reccomemded to me and I still believe Pappas is the best. Pappas Bros also has true Kobe beef.
I am now intrigued though by Roka Acor that was mentioned.

I've only been to Pappas Brothers once, so that one gets my vote.

Ribeye
I had an outstanding ribeye last week at Georgia James. They just packed up and moved to a new location down the road.

I've eaten at most steak places in Houston, I just never got on board with Georgia James. Their apps and baller board are excellent, but when I guess the way they age their steaks doesn't do it for me. Just my opinion though. It's obviously a highly recommended steakhouse.

Really the only answer that matters, if you are single. Mastro's has great steak, best I ever had was at the Chicago location. I have been to several of their locations and the talent hanging at the bar is always exceptional.
20oz Chef cut NY Strip at Masto's Chicago.

That is impressive. I would sleep for 3 days if I ate all of that.

Also I forgot to mention Taste of Texas. It's more of an old school steakhouse, but definitely has a top notch ribeye.

Pappas (Westheimer location) is the undisputed best in town IMO
