Well I cooked a half dozen of the thin, cheap, bone in, fatty pork chops this afternoon smothered down into a nice rich pork gravy with mushrooms until the marrow came out of the bone and they cut with a fork. I piled them high over a stack of buttered and creamed mashed potatoes.

I'm full. And tonight I like them better than wings.

Pork chops, by a wide margin. I would rather eat Buffalo drumsticks than Buffalo wings. And I do.

Grilled, fried, smoked, any way you can make them, pork chops are superior. The noble pig reigns supreme.

Chicken thighs has slowly become one of my favorite things to cook.

Within the confines of the OP's questiom...pork chops. I love getting the pork chop rice plate with a fried egg on top at the vietnames restaurants here.

neither, but Pork Chops are waaaaaaaay better.

The best food is boiled crawfish dipped in Raisin' Canes sauce and served with boiled boudin, mushrooms, onions, corn, and potatoes.

Clearly I'm in the minority, and I do love pork chops. I grew up on them. They are exquisite. But the favors I can get out of a wing are just magical. And honestly, I just like the process of eating a wing more. It just FEELS enjoyable.

That's perfectly understandable. I feel the same way a lot of times.

This a tough choice, but wings will always have my heart.

One of the greatest combos on earth is wings, beer, and football

Love chicken wings & ice cold beer-
But pork chops in gravy with potato salad-not chrunchy
with sweet peas are the best.

Can y'all tell I'm hungry?

I like a chicken wings, but I've not ate one in probably 6 months. If I go 6 months with out eating a pork chop it's because I'm busy being dead.
