3. Chick Fil A - Spicy Chicken Biscuit with Pepper Jack and Light Mayo

It's actually just that fast foods/buffets have a ton of MSG in and if you have the slightest bit of IBS or 'sensitive bowels', you'll get the poops.
I used to eat a tasty but cheap buffet in Zachary and never failed. 30 min later.
It's all related to MSG and affects each person differently.
