Best cracklings in the Baton Rouge area?

I usually go to Bergeron's across the river on Hwy. 415, but last 2 times they've been over-cooked and under-seasoned.

Make your own. I’ve never had better than homemade in BR.
Eta- it’s easy and fun-porkbelly, slap ya mama and salt, and Mexican lard from walmarks
Pork belly we have bought from Costco or scallans.
ETA again Bc it’s been a while- you should cut the pork while it’s in between frozen and raw. (It’s easier)

Not sure if they are the best, but Ronnie’s on Florida has them.

Sid’s Seafood in Walker. They use the long strips instead of cubes and are always cooked just right.

Andre’s in Port Allen were good when I had them several years ago.
