CJ inspired me in the WFDT thread. I kind of want to eat CFS for lunch tomorrow.

Pretty sure you get a bread but I don’t remember what it is

Definitely not that 24 hr brunch place they have in the quarter. I mean, it was the worst cfs I’ve ever bought, but even a mediocre cfs is still pretty damn tasty. It hit the spot after a long night of drinking.
I’ve heard Ye Olde College Inn has a good one, but I’ve never tried it.

Doe’s on gov has a pretty good chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and gravy. Your gonna be miserable after lunch if you eat it all though so expect a to go box.

The bread is a biscuit unless something has changed. I’m not a fan of the pork tenderloin special, but the smothered chicken on Thursdays is worth going across town for.
I used to get the CFS at Sammy’s but honestly I find that everything fried from there tastes the same. Fries, seafood, CFS.. all the same.
That said, I’m craving it after seeing this thread.
