Never been there but someone has mentioned The
Golden Corral, has a western motif and ambience
supposedly.

There are no great buffets in baton rouge, but Nagoya and Hollywood casino's epic buffet are serviceable. Try the epic buffet on fri or sat nights for specials.

This is a very dangerous question on this board. They gonna run you out on a rail only after being tar and feathered.

Prayers sent.

I suppose Olive Garden and Applebee's is where you go when you want to treat your lady to something extra special?

The ONLY buffet I'd be willing to go to is Bay Leaf lunch buffet.

The BBQ Platter at TJ Ribs comes with so much food I could eat on it for a week. Try that. (Siegen location)

This question is similar to asking who is the hottest fat girl you know.

+1

India's is almost as good. That cuisine does very well on a steam table, and the Indian people are so meticulous that is is always well tended.

It is a 3 hr drive but worth it. Drive up to Brandon MS (outside of Jackson) and go to Annie D's. LSU fan owns it and was named the best buffet in Jackson metro, which has a lot of buffets.

What about that place across the river, a couple of miles down Hwy 1? Can't remember the name, but they do a big buffet of seafood and country cooking. I tried it once. Not wonderful, but quite serviceable.

Steak/Kabob Churrascaria & Salad Bar..Texas De Brazil
Indian..Bay Leaf
Chinese..Oriental Pearl on Coursey(Govt St blows) or Hunan
Japanese..Nagoya
Mexican..El Magay..when was still open..Sarita's
Jamaican..Ronnie's Ribs

Overall..TDB or Bay Leaf for elite quality..the remainder vacillate from average to good to very underrated for the dollar.
