Every couple months get the craving for good ole cheap boxed mac and cheese as a side for pork chops or something.

Usually do either:

Or the goat

The Cracker Barrel isn’t bad for box. I usually add a little smoked gouda and garlic if I’m not making from scratch. You can keep the Velveeta.

Easily Kraft

Cook following directions on box

Add one tablespoon sour cream and a handful of shredded cheese

Stir until everything is mixed well together

Season to taste

If you eat easy, but Stouffers frozen. Frozen is better than boxed to me.

Luxury used to make a boxed Mac (maybe it’s still available and local stores just don’t carry it anymore?). It got me through undergrad, as it was half the price of other boxed Mac. If you made it with salted butter and half n half, it was damn tasty!

Ya wanna get real freaky use a couple of packages of ramen instead of the macaroni noodles.... Now we are talking. Throw in some shredded cheddar and sprinkle feta on it and then bladdow. shite gets real. Plus you now have flavoring to make ramen macaroni soup. It is life altering.

Why would anyone use boxed M&C? It’s better made from Kraft singles, 4-6, some butter and some milk. Little white pepper and salt, once your milk reduces you’re golden.
