Yes, they do dust the crawfish post boil. However, you don't get a bland water taste when sucking the heads like you do at Gator Cove and some other places.

If it's crazy about crawfish, don't waste your time and money. Crawfish Town off the henderson exit is good.

I've had the ones from crawfish time on verot, at a catered party, and they were dusted.

Cajun Claws in Abbeville FTW. The secret is getting there at around 3 to put your name on the list (they do not take reservations and sometimes run out of crawfish). They start seating at 5. I love having a few at the bar for a few hours before being seated. They do not take reservations and are not opened every day of the week, so be aware of that!
